Rapid Arnis International was formed in 1993 by Chief Instructor Tuhon Pat OâMalley who has been recognised by many top Masters and Grand Masters in the Philippines as leading the field in the teaching and promoting of authentic Filipino martial arts on an international basis, especially in Europe.
Tuhon Pat OâMalley was inducted on to the Philippine Council of Kali Eskrima Arnis Masters in Manila in 2005, the first European to be placed on the council
